On August 28, 2019, directed by Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions, hosted by Guangzhou Beauty, Hair-Makeup Association, combining Guangzhou Federation of Beauty, Hairdressing and Makeup Trade Unions, and Beauty and Hairdressing Technician Branch of Guangzhou Technician Association, the 14th Guangzhou (International) Fashion Hair and Makeup Image Design Competition and "Yangcheng Craftsman Cup" beauty workers skills competition opened in Guangzhou (Pazhou) Poly World Expo Hall.

For fourteen years of forging and practice, for fourteen years of solid footprint, this competition once again witnessed the beauty salon makeup industry skill level of innovation, integration, development, upgrade, showed strength and charm of Guangzhou as one of the leading cities in the cause of beauty.

More than 160 contestants from all over the world were divided into different groups under various types of job, including beautician group, hairdresser group, makeup group, image designer group, nail artist group, tatoo group and so on. As a gathering place of creative fashion design and beauty thoughts, the skill competition for beauty workers is a stage that offers a chance for every contestant to display their fantastic ideas and shine in front of the stage.

Look ahead, with firm strides, we are crossing its summit.

Contestants in this competition strove to top, struggled to win, made art and inspiration converge here, offered a wonderful interpretation and achieved outstanding results. The top six winners of each group were awarded separately champion and the third runner-up and three creative awards trophies and certificates. Champions of each group were awarded respectively by Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions "Yangcheng Craftsman" gold, silver and bronze medal and certificates.
